Empowering Leadership and Christian Group Leadership at KwaNzimakwe – Lower South Coast.
We had the privilege of visiting KwaNzimakwe to facilitate an insightful workshop on Franklin Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective Leadership, with a special focus on the 7 paradigms of leadership.
Led by Teano Van Zyl, this session sparked a surge of interest among the students. Their engagement was evident as they eagerly pulled out their notebooks to jot down key takeaways and reflect on how they could apply these leadership principles in their own lives.
Following the leadership session, we hosted a valuable discussion on how to run successful School Christian Groups, guided by Angel Mqadi. This session brought together teachers and SCG leaders, fostering an environment of collaboration and team-based problem-solving.
Together, they worked through various challenges and shared ideas on how to enhance the impact of Christian groups in schools.
