Holiday Club is a fun-filled, crazy, young people loving, Gospel saturated, 5 day programme offered in many local communities for both churched and unchurched primary and high school age groups. It is jam-packed with hours of exciting games and activities that will transform a normal school holiday into an unforgettable event. The well-trained staff or volunteer groups leading Holiday Clubs have all been screened and evaluated according to stringent Child welfare requirements, creating a safe environment for your children.
Each Holiday Club has a purpose: That every young person who attends would experience God’s love through the stories and activities and know that they are loved, accepted, and of great value.
Holiday Clubs typically run during the June/July school holidays, with the exception of a few which run throughout the year.
This is what Regional Director, Garland Sam, had to say regarding Holiday Clubs:
"During the holiday period each year, millions of young people are looking for something to do. What an incredible opportunity for churches and community groups to engage with these young people and help shape their destinies for good!
The benefits are amazing! During these clubs, children enjoy fun activities while being led and mentored within the context of their communities and churches by teams of trained and committed Christian leaders acquainted with the values of SU. It is hard to imagine a better safe space for young people to spend their free time while their parents are often at work."
