If they’re old enough to read, they’re old enough to read God’s Word for themselves.” Equipped, ready for the day, able to discern truth, ready with a word, encouraged, challenged, warned, full of promises, hearing God’s voice, prompted by the Holy Spirit. Everyone needs a nudge to engage God in His word – and SU is super keen to provide these nudges – for adults too, but especially for young people.
Innovative products (like an app-based Bible tool for teenagers, or the Guardians of Ancora game for younger kids) ideally have a relational component too. SU’s Bible Engagement projects aim to achieve this balance: a caring group, or a spiritual mentor who assists spiritual growth. Our key partners in our Bible Engagement projects include parents, Christian teachers, youth pastors, school Christian group committees, and chaplains.
